Xenia Ohio Marathon

After collapsing in Ann Arbor two weeks ago I really needed to finish Xenia, and I did just that. It was the 50th running of the ORRRC Marathon and pleased to be there! I could feel that I wasn't running at 100% so my goal was to simply finish and worry about getting my time improved later... And yet I was able to keep my mile 17 time at 2:24:13 (8:29/mile), so I backed off. Wonderful city and citizens all around.

Earlier in the week I almost lost my dear friend Lucy the cat due to a seizure. She bounded back and I dedicated this run to her. She is the toughest cat I've ever met, and graceful in her existence.
