On Monday I had an injury to my left ribs that required a trip to urgent care, needless to say this really cut into my running schedule this week. But this morning I was back to feeling fit and decided to head out for something 'easy' to see how I felt. The run started slow but the last two miles were at 7:39 and 7:37, and I felt as though I had another 4 miles in me at that pace.
I also revamped my marathon schedule for the remainder of the year and into 2018. I'm really excited to be traveling to Utah for the first time in my life in June! More dates will also be announced soon... and oh yeah, I will go back to Ann Arbor and get my medal.
