Today was rough, but I'm getting my mojo back. Still have the broken toe, and several pulled muscles... and now a shin splint. But... I did go nearly a week without running in an attempt to heal. The compression sleeve and taping up really helped as well. The first several miles were a chore, but by 4 I was warmed up and finding a pace. The new playlist also help. I'm down on my mileage big time, but being healthy for the Dayton Marathon on Sept 16th is the goal.
