Excellent run/Retiring my shoes

Today wasn't the distance that was great... but the consistency! I did 12.68 miles at an 8.06/mile average. But also did it without stopping and actually increasing speed mile over mile. Factor in the heavy running traffic and the weaving and passing other runners and the time could have been much faster. Too was the way I felt after, like I could have kept that pace for another 5 miles. 

I ordered my new shoes and will be retiring the trusty Nimbus Gel 18's. After 461 miles and 3 marathons you've served me very well.
