Today was better, just 12 miles but an improved run. I did it at about an 8:30/mile pace. I broke through that 'mental block' I had been having and turned in some miles that were needed. The challenge today was the temperature in Indianapolis, when I started my run it was 23 degrees. In the past I've done much shorter runs in the winter like weather (3-4 miles tops), but I discovered at the end of this one that I had frozen hair and frozen sweat on my collar. I had to laugh at that.
