2018, the first frigid 7 days.

Somehow in the first 7 days of 2018 I managed over 20 miles in these temps. I was going for 12 today, but the new shoes aren't quite broken in yet and my feet were feeling it. Strange when 30 degrees feels like heaven, and I'll take it! I know other parts of the country are in a lot worse shape then Indy and I'm pulling for them. Running in temps hovering around 10f isn't bad.... but then there's the windchill which makes it 'feel like' -3 or -7. I know we have a lot of winter to come and hoping the worst is over for Indy and the north east. For those running in this or that have to venture out, just be careful and look out for each other.
