I came up a little short on my mileage today, but I also ran the distance faster than intended. I gave up one for the other I guess. One thing I've been negelecting is my diet, so that's coming to an end. It occured to me that I can't run the times and distances needed on the current diet. The other evening I sat down like an adult... (let that sink in those that know me) And mapped out a better course of nutrition. Next week is another round and I'm not scheduled to run tomorrow, but I just might get in a few miles.
