Heavy 4/22

Yesterday I had a lot on my mind. I was supposed to run a local marathon but decided to sit it out and focus on Pittsburgh on May 8th, just a 10 mile run. And I received the news of the passing of a friend that I had just seen two days earlier. I know nothing in life lasts, and that our lives are a woven tapestry of moments both beautiful and trying. As the song goes "We are under wolf's law" and that's a sobering thought. Never forget your personal missions and those along your path that you love and love you back. Make time for them always.
