A Return to Ann Arbor

So back in 2017 I made Ann Arbor my 2nd marathon attempt, and it turned into a trip to the ER. Over the years of not having this medal started to bother me and I return was planned... in 2020. And we all know what was going on in the Spring of that year. Making a return was always my intention, but the timing was always off. After my BQ in June this marathon then took main priority in my life. Sure my training wasn't the best, but It was eons better than it was in 2017.

I had a blast on this course and ran with some truly amazing people. On top of that I somehow lost 3 of my gels packs, so that was a challenge. But never the less I/we had a great time in the rain and wind. And if I'm returning to Ann Arbor I had to bring Courtney on this adventure too.  Next marathon is my 9th Monumental coming up next move and really looking forward to that course as always.
