Today was my first run in 6 days. I never take that much time in-between runs but I decided my legs needed to heal up. In my down time I decided to map out my running schedule until the first week of June and revise or update my training plan. I now have Pittsburgh, Lexington, and South Bend in my future.
This morning was all about hills and a slower pace. I needed to get back into elevation changes for two of the next three marathons down the road. A lot of my training over the next several weeks will be this way.
