10 Miles with a pulled muscle.
It was and wasn't a great run. Let me explain. I could have had a much better time if I didn't have two factors against me. Traffic was a challenge, as well as the pulled calf muscle that started at mile 2. Now the good news, with those two issues I still turned in semi-respectable miles. To top it off it was just amazing out and squirrels everywhere.
